Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, please submit an email request within 14 days of your purchase to [email protected].
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- There are no conditions to be met for obtaining a refund, but we do kindly ask for a detailed reason for why you are requesting a refund so that we can use the information to improve our products and services.
After we receive your request, the money will be refunded within 14 days to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
